What it brings together

Everything a show needs, kept with the show.

  • 01

    Your season

Upcoming, past and archived shows in one working list, with options and confirmed dates side by side.

  • 02

    The show itself

Venue facts, times, contacts, notes and status for every date. Anything missing reads “Not yet known”.

  • 03

    Running order

Get-in, soundcheck, changeover, doors, showtime and curfew, in the venue’s local time.

  • 04

    Crew and support acts

Who’s on the show, their role and call time, and which schedule rows are theirs.

  • 05

    Riders and documents

Rider versions and the documents that belong with each show.

  • 06

    Imports with a preview

Bring shows in from a spreadsheet, or a venue’s Stager page into a show. See what changes before anything is saved.

What lands on their phone

A link, not another login.

Tourlog is where the office works. Crew and venues get links that open a current day sheet on a phone. No account to create and no app to install.

Revoke a link and it stops working.
